  • Strong degree of organization and able to prioritize tasks as given.
  • Attention to detail with directions and completed tasks.
  • Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to follow and complete tasks from start to finish.
  • Provide high level of service to our workforce by handling basic employee questions and concerns, and assist in resolving issues.
  • Interest in learning more about employee time and attendance, payroll, benefits, etc.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally across all levels of the organization.

Education and/or Experience

  • Some experience within Microsoft Programs; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
  • Experience in other HR, time, financial systems helpful.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with scheduling and conduct the pre-employment process and onboarding; interviews, tests and exams, orientation, etc, while maintaining and updating our systems and communicating with other departments.
  • Assist in welcoming new employees to the organization by assisting with orientation preparation and helping with new hire data entry.
  • Run reports within ADP and Kronos on a daily and weekly basis pertaining to attendance, employee status, etc.
  • Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Filing and data entry as needed for Human Resources and other departments in the facility.
  • Answering the phone and assisting visitors.
  • All other duties as assigned.
