Education and/or Experience
- Some experience within Microsoft Programs; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
- Experience in other HR, time, financial systems helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and conduct the pre-employment process and onboarding; interviews, tests and exams, orientation, etc, while maintaining and updating our systems and communicating with other departments.
- Assist in welcoming new employees to the organization by assisting with orientation preparation and helping with new hire data entry.
- Run reports within ADP and Kronos on a daily and weekly basis pertaining to attendance, employee status, etc.
- Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Filing and data entry as needed for Human Resources and other departments in the facility.
- Answering the phone and assisting visitors.
- All other duties as assigned.
