POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor, Human Resource Shared Services (OneSource) is an integral part of the HR team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HR shared services center, OneSource. This role involves supervising a team dedicated to providing exceptional HR support and services to our employees and ensuring efficient and effective HR processes and policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the OneSource team, ensuring high-quality HR support across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze HR service delivery and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement and oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with various HR departments to streamline and integrate processes.
- Handle complex HR inquiries and issues, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Oversee the administration of HR programs such as benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for HR shared services.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and support for all HR-related queries and requests.
- Provide training and development for the OneSource team.
- Manage projects related to the enhancement of HR systems and services.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR shared services or operations.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
