Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Project Lead to join our team at HRL Laboratories, LLC. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading diverse technical teams in successfully executing programs in Radio Frequency (RF) and Photonics subsystems.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading all phases of the program(s), from proposal through completion.
- Ensuring quality, business, technical, and financial objectives are attained.
- Establishing the baseline for which all programs will be managed.
In addition, you will:
- Meet contract deliverables and sustain healthy customer relationships.
- Responsible for meeting cost, schedule, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 15 years general experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 10 years in program and project management of US government contracts ($5M to $10M ).
- Experience with Advanced Development of Defense Systems, including RF and Photonics subsystems in Radar, Communications, and Sensing.
