About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Device Physics Expert to lead our efforts in developing compact device models for RFIC applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compact model generation using industry-standard SPICE models, as well as expertise in design of experiments and analysis techniques. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with relevant vendors and partner organizations, as well as internal leads and teams working on other system elements.
