Responsibilities:
- Manage and evolve our agile software development process to ensure seamless collaboration among multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Track and manage schedules to guarantee milestones are met, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks through expert project management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and communication strategies for software requirements, goals, schedules, and plans.
Requirements:
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and management, with 5 years leading multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, coupled with a solid understanding of core computer science fundamentals.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
The compensation package includes a base salary range of $177,400 - $221,800, plus bonus and benefits.
