- Architect and integrate high-performance mixed signal systems, including the development of external partnerships and vendor relationships
- Organize and lead research and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant vendors and partner organizations
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in integration and bring-up of high-performance mixed signal systems
- Demonstrated experience developing external partnerships and vendor relationships
- 5 years of experience organizing and leading technical research and development efforts
- Familiarity with commercial packaging technology and integrated circuit processing and integration techniques
