IES Gateway Integration: Design and implement comprehensive integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway, ensuring reliable data synchronization and process automation.
Solution Architecture: Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions that effectively leverage IES Gateway capabilities for grant management and financial reporting.
System Integration: Create robust integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems.
Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing integration solutions while ensuring adherence to both Salesforce and state system standards.
Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions meet federal and state security requirements, implement proper data protection and audit mechanisms.
Business Collaboration: Partner with DECAL stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex integration needs into technical solutions.
Grant Management: Design solutions that leverage IES Gateway for streamlined grant processing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration components, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
o Minimum 7 years in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
o 2 years' experience with government system integrations.
o Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.
Technical Skills:
o Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
o Strong experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes.
o Proficiency in integration technologies (MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, middleware).
o Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.
Optional Certifications:
o Salesforce Certified Developer Architect
o Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
