Design and implement integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.

Analyze existing integrations and map equivalent Workday data.

Build complex integrations using Workday Studio and other tools.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of integration errors.

Perform post-validation and integration testing.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Collaborate with Integration Architects and Project Managers.

Maintain documentation in line with organizational standards.

Engage with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.

Proven experience with Workday integrations: Workday Studio, EIB, WWS (Workday Web Services), and Report Writer.

Proficiency with XML, XSLT, REST and SOAP Web Services.

Solid understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules.

Knowledge of Workday security protocols and RBAC (Role-Based Access Controls).

Familiarity with integration tools such as Informatica is a plus.

Strong understanding of data mapping, modeling, and integration best practices.

Senior Developer: 3 5 years of experience in Workday integrations.

Experience in ERP implementations, particularly in Higher Education.

Workday Pro Integrations Certification (highly desirable).
