About the position: Cleanliness is very important to us here at Hartville Kitchen. As a Part-Time member of our Dish Machine Operator / Evening Cleaning Team, you will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning, and sanitizing our kitchen equipment to prepare for the next business day. Candidates must be available to work 8 p.m.- 11 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and some holidays.
Essential Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Washes all ware including pots and pans, flatware, and glasses by using the dishwasher
- Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
- Stock serving stations, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
- Cleans trash receptacles with water
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment for the next day’s business
- Must be a team player with a good attitude
- Must be available to work evenings - 8 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and some holidays.
