Your role involves assisting customers with their lumber and building material needs, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a well-organized and stocked lumber counter.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers at the lumber and building material sales counter, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials based on their project specifications.
- Offer expert advice on building materials, applications, and suitable alternatives.
- Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and advancements in lumber and building materials.
- Recommend additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's project.
- Inventory Management:
