The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will oversee and manage financial reporting auditing tax preparation and compliance. Its a small accounting firm they of course want tenured / qualified but they really cant pay more than 100000 so they are a bit flexible on specific qualifications. If the person is a competent CPA they dont need to be a rockstar by any means or even if they are not a full CPA but can essentially do the work theyd just need to guarantee theyd be willing to start getting certified very quickly (last resort but mentioning it so you get the idea)
