Accounts Payable Technician
We are looking for a friendly and organized individual who is interested in joining an innovative, growing company! We are an Affordable Housing Management Company with a portfolio of over fifty properties throughout Missouri. The Accounts Payable Admin will provide support to the Property Accounting Department, while adhering to departmental procedures. This is a full-time position. Full benefits, PTO available.
Responsibilities
- bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the weekly check runs.
- Compile the monthly reports
- Assist with year-end financials, including budget entry, gathering documents for Auditors, 1099’s to vendors.
- Maintain small AP Property Portfolio
Other accounting departments duties as time allows such as filing, keying in repetitive invoices for others, etc
Requirements
- Accounting experience preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Yardi experience a plus – we will train
- Analytical Skills
