Job Responsibilities: As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Hosting prospective residents and showcasing our community's features
• Effectively handling resident inquiries and requests
• Managing the flow of documentation and verification for lease renewals and new residents
• Maintaining the curb appeal of our properties
• Efficiently processing move-out charges and related paperwork
• Researching and securing cost-effective options for property expenditures
• Developing proficiency in industry-specific software applications
• Handling collections and financial transactions

Key Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and smartphones
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
