Facilities Management Lead

Job Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Property Maintenance Technician Multi-Property to join our team at HRM Services. This is a full-time opportunity that involves overseeing the maintenance of multiple premises, ensuring their good condition and functionality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to work autonomously, and have excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
• Conduct regular surveys of building conditions and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain proficiency in navigating smartphones and electronic work orders.
• Inspect the work of staff members to ensure high-quality performance.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
• Effective communication skills at a leadership level.
• A basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of common tools, appliances, and devices.
• The ability to maintain manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer literacy skills, including software in Microsoft.
• The capacity to lift up to 100 lbs.

Our Benefits:

HRM Services offers a competitive salary package, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your experience, as well as mileage and per diem payments for frequent travel.
