Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Survey building conditions and mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Maintain the ability to navigate smart phone, electronic work orders
- Inspect work of staff
Skills
- Possesses proven experience as maintenance technician
- Effective communication skills at a leadership level
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Posses knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Maintain manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Possesses effective computer literacy skills, including software in Microsoft
- Possesses the ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Job Type:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Nights/Weekends on Emergency
Salary:
$45,000 to $60,000 per year, Depends On Experience
