Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Survey building conditions and mechanical systems
- Inspect work of staff
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A proven track record of maintenance experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Maintenance manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy skills, including software in Microsoft
- The ability to lift up to 100 lbs
