Responsibilities: As a Property Manager, your duties will encompass:

• Guiding prospective residents through our communities and highlighting our amenities
• Responding promptly to resident inquiries and requests
• Efficiently processing lease renewals and new resident applications
• Enhancing the appearance of our properties through regular maintenance and upkeep
• Accurately processing move-out charges and related paperwork
• Conducting thorough research to identify cost-effective solutions for property expenditures
• Staying up-to-date with industry-specific software applications
• Handling collections and financial transactions
