**Job Description**
We are seeking talented CNC Machine Operators to join our team in Monroe, CT. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will ensure that automated manufacturing processes yield optimal results while working in a collaborative environment. This role involves preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. You will read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand specifications and desired outcomes and translate instructions into computer commands to execute proper machine functions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
A strong attention to detail is essential for this role. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints is also required. Ability to work independently while closely following directions is a must.
