**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Monroe, CT. The successful candidate will have experience in a manufacturing setting and be able to work independently while closely following directions. A strong attention to detail is essential for this role, and familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints is also required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
- Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand specifications and desired outcomes.
- Translate instructions into computer commands to execute proper machine functions.
- Prepare and load raw materials onto machines.
- Set up and run first pieces to verify that outputs meet specifications.
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments for improved results.
- Inspect and measure finished products, ensuring compliance with requirements.
