Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Onsite Only)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Start Time Between 7:30-8:30 AM (Based on Schedule)
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Monthly Commission ($250-$300) and Quarterly Profitability Bonus
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Customer Support Rep to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on selling printed labels and related products to businesses, industrial establishments, and individuals via phone and in-person interactions. As a Support Rep, you will also provide support to Outside Sales Representatives and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls and convert leads into sales.
- Write job tickets and accurately enter detailed information into the computer system.
- Collaborate with the estimator to quote prices and prepare sales orders.
- Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Estimate delivery dates and resolve customer inquiries or problems.
- Maintain clear communication with customers through phone, email, and written formats.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
