Senior Java Software Engineer
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in both Java development and front-end technologies but could be great for a full stack developer as well. You will take ownership of the technical design for projects of moderate complexity, balancing tradeoffs to deliver exceptional software. With a focus on front-end development and Java, you will troubleshoot and debug effectively while breaking down large projects into manageable tasks for an agile team.

What You’ll Do :
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable code with a focus on front-end development and Java.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends, incorporating them into your work.
- Use your deep knowledge of systems to efficiently debug moderately complex tasks across the codebase.
- Make data-driven decisions and support your ideas with measurable metrics.
- Proactively address technical debt to prevent long-term issues.
- Understand the business context and ensure your code aligns with overall goals.
- Collaborate with QA to identify software risks and communicate them effectively.
- Take ownership of projects that extend beyond development, ensuring their success.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and sharing expertise.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of development processes and standards.
