Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year prior experience in relevant commercial real estate area.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Real Estate Salesperson license.
- Basic understanding of quantitative analysis and finance.
- A valid driver’s license and fully insured automobile is required.
- Strong interpersonal, sales skills and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
- Overall working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint)
