Our in-district program serving special education students is hiring. We service students with a variety of disabilities and focus strongly on a proven behavioral management model to help students be successful.
The candidate should have a strong work-ethic and be flexible. The candidate should also be able to learn and adapt to the PBIS model despite any previous training.
This operation manager position oversees the daily operations of three classrooms. Each classroom has around two staff-members and ten students each.
Prior experience working with special education students is required. The ideal candidate would have a valid CT teaching certification in the area of special education (DSAP is acceptable). Preference given to those with administrator certification (092 - again DSAP is acceptable).
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
