As a Heavy Equipment Operator at HRSD Talent Management, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to maintain and operate our heavy equipment and motor vehicles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Heavy Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment, including backhoes, bulldozers, and cranes, in accordance with manufacturer instructions and company policies.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting for damage or wear.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects and tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in semi-skilled maintenance or construction tasks, preferably with hydraulically operated construction tools and heavy equipment.
- Licenses: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with H (Hazardous Materials) and N (Tank Vehicle) endorsements required within 6 months of appointment.
