Job Requirements
a. Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field
b. Experience
1. Required
a) Excellent computer skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and Adobe Professional applications.
b) Four years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, financial or procurement sectors.
2. Desired: Knowledge and experience of contract preparation including financial, technical and legal understanding.
c. Job-specific Technical Competencies
1. Required
a) Demonstrated ability to understand the CIP and the operational structure and practices of HRSD.
b) Effective skill in written and oral communications.
c) Strong administrative and clerical skills.
d) Significant experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and Adobe Professional applications.
e) Effectively utilize HRSD specific software applications as necessary.
f) Ability to develop highly effective working relationships with all HRSD employees.
g) Ability to maintain composure in face of conflict.
d. Special Licenses
Required: Valid driver’s license from state of residence
