Work Schedule and Other Information
HRSD seeks to fill a newly created position on the Customer Care technology team. The Customer Care Business Analyst will function as a data system subject matter expert and is intended to work on Customer Care system projects, providing the necessary research and development to move system corrections and initiatives forward, complete user testing, feature enhancement, and efficient function of business user processes. All successful candidates will possess extensive data systems experience, an innovative culture mentality, a strong sense of collaboration, and big picture forward-thinking business user skills. Candidates must possess extraordinary attention to detail, excellent grammar and communication skills, ability to operate within specialized software, open communication, and positive team support.
Normal business hours: Monday through Friday, eight-hour work day flexible between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM; Closed on holidays. This position requires both in-person office environment work, especially during initial training, but also allows flexibility Work From Home (WFH) arrangements as appropriate.

Job Requirements
Education
- HS Diploma and training in Advanced Excel or data systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Systems Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or approved equivalent
Experience
- Three years experience in data system maintenance and technical support
Desired
- Exposure to the Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
- Three years of related experience in the analysis and application of user needs with system process related to one or more of the following business functions: accounting, general ledger, human resources, procurement, payroll, project management, or customer billing and collections.
Licenses and Certifications Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License from state of residence
