Physical Distribution Specialist
Location : Durham, NC
Contract : 12 months with possible extension / direct hire
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Compensation : $35 / hour with optional benefits
Onboarding Requirements : Background check and drug screening
Job Summary :
The Physical Distribution Specialist will provide vital support to the logistics team during the S4Hanna integration. This role is responsible for assisting with supply chain operations, managing SAP support for 3PL and BASF warehouses, and performing various logistics tasks, including data analysis and project support. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP knowledge, experience with logistics operations, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support to 3PL warehouses and BASF warehouses with SAP supply knowledge.
- Manage RTP Logistics group mailbox coverage.
- Facilitate master data article extensions for the distribution / deployment network.
- Execute Stock Transport Orders (STOs).
- Handle CASS Freight bill Logistics Queue coverage.
- Provide project support as needed.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests.
