What You Will Do
As a Leader or HR Development Coordinator, you will be the subject matter expert in leadership development learning events and platforms. You will coordinate and support training programs, both in-person and virtual, ensuring an engaging and effective experience for participants. Your expertise in instructional design, project management, and learning technologies will help streamline processes, optimize content delivery, and enhance our leadership development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Learning and Instructional Support
- Partner with internal teams, business leaders, and external vendors to deploy leadership development training strategies.
- Curate, order, and manage instructional materials to support engaging learning experiences.
- Ensure seamless facilitation of learning events, from content preparation to post-training follow-up.
Training Coordination and Logistics
- Schedule and manage virtual and in-person training programs, ensuring all logistics are aligned.
- Oversee Learning Management System administration and provide support for users, reporting, and content tracking.
- Manage training spaces, assets, and vendor coordination for in-person programs.
Continuous Improvement and Data Analysis
- Conduct translation reviews for regional learning materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Analyze training data to identify trends, lessons learned, and areas for improvement in instructional design.
- Support the development of effective, engaging, and interactive learning resources.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, event planning, or project management.
- Technical Skills: Prior Learning Management System administration experience preferred; proficiency with learning tools such as Degreed, Microsoft Office 365, and virtual training platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
