Executive Summary: HRUCKUS seeks a full-time certified Program Manager with an active Secret Clearance to join a dedicated team at Hanscom AFB.

Position Description: This individual will oversee and drive mission-critical projects supporting defense initiatives, working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including cybersecurity professionals. This role requires a skilled project leader who can balance project timelines, budget, and scope to deliver successful outcomes within DoD standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with defense program requirements.
• Develop and manage project milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments to maintain project goals and mitigate issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and expectations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating collaboration between departments and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including risk management plans, progress reports, and change management documentation.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and manage sensitive information following clearance protocols.
  
  

Position Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, ideally within defense or government sectors.

Relevant Information

• Type: Full-Time; 40 hours/week.
• Location: Hanscom AFB (Must be Local).
• Target annual salary: $130,000 to $150,000.
