You will be responsible for providing architectural leadership, overseeing the implementation of cyber network solutions, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced cyber network architectures for secure and scalable defense solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers, security specialists, and government representatives, to define system requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Ensure compliance with DoD security policies, industry best practices, and established network design principles.
Oversee the integration of cybersecurity protocols, network defense measures, and encryption technologies into network infrastructures.
Provide expert-level guidance on complex network issues and develop innovative solutions to address evolving security challenges.
Lead efforts to evaluate and optimize network performance, reliability, and scalability.
Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies and services to enhance network capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, promoting a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Expertise in network technologies, including Cisco, Juniper, SDN, and NFV.
Strong knowledge of network security tools, methodologies, and protocols (e.g., IPSec, VPNs, IDS / IPS, firewalls, NIST, RMF).
Experience with Cloud Architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and network virtualization is a plus.

Salary Range : $120,000 - $130,000 per year Benefits :
Paid Time Off (PTO) : 3 weeks of PTO (including sick leave). Unused PTO is paid out at the end of the year.
