Executive Summary : HRUCKUS is seeking a System Engineer / System Administrator for a role supporting the State of New York.
Position Description : The role is set to begin very quickly and set up a team of onsite consultants at various NY-area locations that can assist our client’s Operational Technology (OT) groups in supporting new and ongoing cybersecurity projects.
Responsibilities Include :
- Set up and deploy devices, including defining access policy for Active Directory.
- Define requirements for conditional access policy for Azure Active Directory.
- Install hardware / software, including anti-virus software.
- Work closely with IT / OT to support best practices related to security, application optimization, business processes, and issue resolutions.
- Systems administration, including patching, security, and in-house systems troubleshooting.
- Document process and procedures.
- Identify and develop process improvements and efficiencies.
