HRV is currently seeking a full-time Accounting / Administration Coordinator position to provide high level support to our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Responsible for oversight and completion of invoicing per client requirements; completion to meet client deadlines
- Review client contracts : create electronic and hardcopy folder; review and track for compliance; follow contact through execution
- Unanet : payroll / timesheets / expense process initial review for accuracy against projects and client requirements
- Accounting / Project Administration : high level administration support to team; acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies; timely completion of assigned with high quality results
- Payroll : experience with Sentric : maintenance and payroll review and processing
- Provide high level administrative support to Project Managers (PM)
Create and revise job assignment documents
