Responsibilities:
- Assist in the selection, hiring, evaluation, disciplinary action, and training of nursing personnel.
- Monitor nursing care and services provided by nursing personnel.
- Monitor the resident assessment process and development of plan of care.
- Monitor and coordinate nursing activities on all shifts.
- Assist with nursing care.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing with Missouri
- Minimum 2 years experience in the health care field
- Preferred one year supervisory or management role in the health care field
- Possess leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
