Dishwasher – Haraz Coffee House (Pflugerville, TX)
Overview
Haraz Coffee House is bringing an authentic Yemeni coffee experience to our community, and we are looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dining areas. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our customers and support the overall operations of our coffee house.
Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchenware, utensils, and dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Pick up dirty dishes from the dining area and return them to the dishwashing station.
- Assist with wiping down and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy dining space.
- Take out trash and properly dispose of waste and recyclables.
- Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Support team members by keeping dishware stocked and ready for service.
- Help maintain a positive and efficient work environment during busy shifts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus but not necessary.
