Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Account Executive (Fund Manager) at HS&BA. The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for managing and administering Taft-Hartley Trust Funds, working closely with Trustees to ensure the effective administration of various funds. This role involves overseeing contribution and eligibility processes, claims administration, and managing relationships with clients and industry professionals. Some remote work is acceptable for this position.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Fund Management, and Trust Fund Administration skills
- Experience in Health and Welfare Funds, Defined Benefit Funds, and similar benefit plans
- Knowledge of Contribution and Eligibility processes
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with COBRA Administration and Managed Care is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
