Today we continue to expand our footprint with multiple distribution centers around the nation, proudly partnering with the biggest brands in legal cannabis and vertical farming.
Who we’re looking for: A Commercial Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products to our valued customers. You will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading equipment, maintaining accurate delivery records, product knowledge and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be the face of our company to our customers, ensuring a positive and professional delivery experience.
Your day to day:
- Transport goods and materials between the warehouse and specified destinations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Load and unload products safely, ensuring items are handled properly to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Maintain basic knowledge and identification of all products we sell
- Collect feedback and survey from the customer
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient loading processes.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies regarding transportation.
You bring to the table:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in driving and logistics.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; a commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required based on vehicle type.
- Proficiency in operating delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Multi-Lingual is a PLUS
