Job Overview.
Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers regarding all aspects of the booking hotels and flights for trip.
Maintains strong interdepartmental and customer relationships by handling questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
Acts as a 'consumer advocate' to improve products for customers as much as for the company, including accommodation reservations and vacation rental bookings.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure customer service is provided to external customers in all aspects of the order process, including arranging date for booking , customer and information follow-up, and property inquiries.
Provide proactive service to customers by presenting them with listing information and alternative options and assisting the RBNB department in making proactive service calls to customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintain accurate real-time records of all information in our database.
Build relationships with external and internal customers via phone and email to assist with all inquiries.
Provide world-class service by delivering an effortless customer experience.
Qualification Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving skills
Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Well organized and detail oriented
Outgoing and energetic personality
Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
