*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various restoration projects, utilizing a range of tools and techniques to restore properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. *Responsibilities* - Respond promptly to service calls for restoration projects - Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and cleanup - Conduct fire damage restoration procedures such as soot and smoke residue removal - Execute mold remediation processes following industry standards - Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete restoration tasks - Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other affected materials - Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient project completion *Requirements* - Experience in the restoration industry is preferred - Proficiency in building, cleaning, and restoring damaged properties - Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation techniques - Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols - Certification in relevant restoration areas is a plus
