Job Summary:
Experienced Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing decisioning applications using Pega s Decisioning Engine. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, create decision strategies, and drive decisioning logic through Pega s advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement decisioning solutions using Pega Decisioning Engine (Pega 7.x, Pega 8.x).
- Lead decisioning projects and ensure that business rules, decision logic, and workflows are aligned with client objectives.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into decision strategies, and ensure that these strategies are accurately implemented within Pega.
- Optimize decisioning models, ensuring accuracy, speed, and scalability of the applications.
- Develop complex decision strategies, including goal-driven decisioning (GDS), predictive analytics, and real-time decision-making logic.
- Ensure seamless integration of decisioning components with other Pega modules and external systems.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior Pega developers and decisioning specialists in best practices and technical execution.
- Provide technical leadership and advice to clients on decisioning strategies and Pega best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts, to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega Decisioning applications.
- Stay current with the latest developments in Pega s Decisioning capabilities and related technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience working with Pega platform, particularly with Pega Decisioning Engine.
- Proven experience as a Lead Architect or Senior Developer in implementing decisioning solutions.
- Expertise in creating and implementing Decision Strategies, Adaptive Models, Predictive Models, and Real-Time Decisioning.
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander) and related Pega modules (e.g., Customer Decision Hub, Campaigns, Next-Best-Action).
- Hands-on experience with Pega 7.x and Pega 8.x versions, particularly with Pega Decisioning tools like Pega Marketing, Pega Customer Decision Hub, etc.
- Familiarity with Java, SQL, and integration with external systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and offer innovative solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure robust solutions.
- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
