Description:
Travel Only
Must have RECENT acute care facility supervisor experience as a House/Nursing Supervisor.
RN Supervisor will oversee all units at Unity
Shift D/E/N open to working scheduled shifts (8a-7p, 7p-12a, 12a-8a)
8 hrs/40 week
Required EOW (Every other weekend) 8a-4pm.
BLS/ACLS as they respond to all codes
Preferred- previous nursing supervision experience

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of patient care are maintained.
- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices.
- Manage patient assessments, care plans, and documentation using EHR systems.
- Ensure compliance with BLS and ACLS protocols during emergencies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
- Address patient and family concerns, promoting a supportive environment.
