Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and ReactJS (or similar frameworks like Angular). The role involves 60% backend development and 40% frontend development.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development (60%):
- Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.
- Database Management: Work with databases, primarily PostgreSQL, to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance.
- API Development: Create and manage APIs to support frontend functionalities and integrate with third-party services.
- Security: Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the backend code is robust and error-free.
Frontend Development (40%):
- User Interface Development: Build and maintain the user-facing features using ReactJS (or similar frameworks like Angular).
- Responsive Design: Ensure the application is responsive and works seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
- State Management: Manage the application state using tools like Redux or Context API.
- Integration: Integrate the frontend with backend services through APIs.
- User Experience: Focus on delivering a smooth and intuitive user experience by implementing best practices in UI/UX design.
