Founding Full Stack Engineer

The company is looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join its dynamic team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is focused on building scalable and maintainable systems for their next-gen home security products, with an emphasis on integrating voice AI technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full-stack software development, with a passion for creating innovative solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Redwood City/San Francisco Bay Area, CA, offering the opportunity to work on transformative technologies that push the boundaries of voice AI and robotics.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Build scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
• Collaboration: Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, collaborating with designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ownership & Growth: Take ownership of product features and drive initiatives from concept to execution, offering opportunities for career growth.
• Customer Interaction: Provide technical support, guidance, and implementation assistance directly to customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company to ensure cohesive and high-impact solutions.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in a fast-growing startup or with experience at large tech companies (FAANG).
• Expertise with Node.js and React.js.
• Strong background in designing scalable software systems and leading full-stack initiatives.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS), and a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• A passion for innovation and a founder-like mindset, with a focus on making an impact and solving complex problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
