Job Overview

Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide support for outbound calling initiatives to follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Follow through with light collections when required
- Document all interactions with customers in the company’s database accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills in sales techniques and customer support strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer support or call center setting.
- Strong background in outbound calling and sales is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer support tasks.
- Familiarity with account management and timely follow-up
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
