What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at HS2 Academy?
HS2 Academy is looking for part time or full time bilingual Mandarin and English speaking administrative assistants for our Irvine office.
Job Description:
- Assist in daily tasks such as printing, photocopying, answering phones and general office management
- Answer any questions for new clients and phone calls
- Assist with sales
- Prepare materials for classrooms
- Maintain a tight and detailed company calendar for appointments and meetings
- Help keep office area organized and tidy
- Continue on-going, long term projects throughout the year
- Should be able to work between the hours of Monday - Friday 2 pm - 9 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 5 pm (Summer hours may be subject to change, working schedule will be discussed)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Enjoy working with students
- Familiar with Microsoft, Google Drive and computer programs (Word, Excel, emails, etc.)
- Professional phone manners and excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn quickly and work well with others
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to prioritize, stop and start projects at any given notice
- Proactive & enjoy team work
