The HSA Bank Rotational Program is an 18-month program designed to provide participants with progressively challenging work assignments across multiple departments and teams. Program participants will acquire business unit and organizational knowledge, gain exposure to senior leadership, have access to a formal mentor, and accelerate their development at HSA Bank through structured learning programs.
Rotational Program Start Date: July 2025
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Rotational locations include Milwaukee, Connecticut, remote, and some travel.

Assignments Include
- Sales and Relationship Management: Learn about the Healthcare and HSA ecosystems, spending accounts, journeys of customers, employers, & partners and how HSA Bank serves as both HSA account custodian and administrator.
- Project Management and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce redundancy across various departments, and improve interdepartmental communication.
- Structured Self-Service Training and Team Collaboration: Own your professional development by completing off-the-shelf, online training modules as well as partnering with numerous teams across a variety of departments.
- Recent bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited college or university in a related field with a desired GPA of 3.75 or higher.
- Interested in the healthcare and financial services industry.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A motivated self-starter and knowledge seeker.
- Willingness to embrace change and navigate ambiguity.
- Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be a flexible, independent team player with a positive attitude and willingness to step-in and provide support as needed.
- Effectively engage and communicate with colleagues while working remotely.
- Ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
- Day to day tasks may include customer and client contact, development and delivery of presentations, data and needs/gap analysis, continuous improvement, project management and more.
- Optional: A letter of recommendation from a professor or supervisor and/or an essay of approximately 500 words describing your career ambitions and why you are interested in this program.
