Position Summary
The future of Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) is bright, and you'll play a role in contributing to our mission of innovating our business and creating an unparalleled customer experience. You'll join a team responsible for the evolution and support of file transfers that power HSA Bank's business applications and internal / external integrations. Your strong communication, creative thinking, and technical contributions managing file transfer configurations and maintenance are instrumental to servicing our external customers while partnering with the stakeholders. A strong aptitude and willingness to troubleshoot issues, define root cause analysis, solve problems, adopt new technologies and participate in our after-hours on-call rotation with your peers will help you quickly learn, grow, and build trust.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Design, implement, and automate tasks to have a robust and scalable file transfer infrastructure.
- Effectively manage customer demand (standard setups, custom setups, modifications, issues, training) within internal and external service level agreements.
- Govern and safeguard data and privacy across the end-to-end file transfer process. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data files to intended recipients. Adhere to security, risk, and privacy regulations and policies.
- Participate in concurrent projects with some supervisory direction. Includes day-to-day tactical execution of key tasks that run the business. Streamline operational efficiency through automation of manual tasks or new solutions.

Key Skills and Experience
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000USD to $90,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
