As a key member of our Content Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing content workflows, developing and implementing effective content strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient content workflows and processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective content strategies
- Analyze data to inform content decisions and optimize workflows
Requirements:
- 3-5 years or more experience integrating and managing web content in CMS – Content Stack is preferred
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and workflows
- Proven experience working with JIRA / CONFLUENCE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
