About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and project delivery for two key accounts: CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) and SKS (Signature Kitchen Suite), covering both Consumer and ProBuilder segments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strategic mindset, and is passionate about turning client goals into effective marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients across CAC and SKS.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business goals and marketing priorities.
  • Proactively manage expectations, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.


Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Manage workstreams across Consumer and ProBuilder audiences, ensuring deliverables are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, production, media, digital, content) to shepherd work from brief through launch.


Strategic Thinking

  • Support strategic planning by gathering business insights, competitive intel, and consumer data to inform recommendations.
  • Ensure all creative and marketing outputs ladder back to broader client business objectives.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for added value, growth, and innovation.


Financial Stewardship

  • Manage budgets, estimates, and SOWs across both accounts.
  • Track ongoing project costs and support monthly billing and reconciliation processes.


Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of account management experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Experience working with complex, matrixed clients; HVAC, home appliances, or luxury brand experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with B2B and Pro channels is a strong advantage.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with dealer/recruiter programs, product launches, or showroom experiences.
  • Understanding of media and content development processes.
  • Passion for technology, design, and category innovation.
