About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and project delivery for two key accounts: CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) and SKS (Signature Kitchen Suite), covering both Consumer and ProBuilder segments. Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients across CAC and SKS.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business goals and marketing priorities.
- Proactively manage expectations, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
- Manage workstreams across Consumer and ProBuilder audiences, ensuring deliverables are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, production, media, digital, content) to shepherd work from brief through launch.
Strategic Thinking
- Support strategic planning by gathering business insights, competitive intel, and consumer data to inform recommendations.
- Ensure all creative and marketing outputs ladder back to broader client business objectives.
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for added value, growth, and innovation.
Financial Stewardship
- Manage budgets, estimates, and SOWs across both accounts.
- Track ongoing project costs and support monthly billing and reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of account management experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- Experience working with complex, matrixed clients; HVAC, home appliances, or luxury brand experience is a plus.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Familiarity with B2B and Pro channels is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience with dealer/recruiter programs, product launches, or showroom experiences.
- Understanding of media and content development processes.
- Passion for technology, design, and category innovation.
