- Collaborate with maintenance team members to address emergency repairs and implement corrective actions to meet production milestones.
- Troubleshoot and devise effective solutions to address challenges in equipment, including emergency repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the installation and setup of new or modified production equipment.
- Analyze equipment issues and develop corrective actions.
- Establish and perform preventive maintenance plans, including regular overhauls.
- Manage spare parts and tools, including purchasing orders and safety stock management.
- Develop engineering solutions for continuous improvement in uptime, safety, and quality.
- Report key maintenance activities, results, and indicators on a daily or weekly basis.
- Revise and create work instructions for training and provide training to team members.
