We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our facility in Bartow County, Georgia. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising production operators and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient production processes.
The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Directly supervising and coordinating the activities of production operators
- Coaching and training operators to develop production skills and technical/general competencies related to production
- Managing attendance of operators by using attendance record system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform all tasks within a single production process and to turn-on/off the system
